Orders are processed and shipped from our boutique and warehouse in Greifensee, Switzerland.

We proudly ship across Switzerland, Europe and worldwide, continuing to bring the spirit of BOOMBASTIC SWIMWEAR to customers around the globe.

Shipping Policy

We know how exciting it is to receive your BOOMBASTIC SWIMWEAR order, and we do our best to carefully prepare and ship every package as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been placed, processing begins immediately. BOOMBASTIC SWIMWEAR is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.

Product prices include processing fees and taxes, but shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes depending on their country. Any customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item does not fit correctly
You would like to exchange for another size
The item arrives damaged or defective

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn and in original condition
The item must have no stains, marks or signs of use
Hygiene stickers must remain attached
The return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent via email. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on our website.

International Returns

International returns may take longer to process depending on the shipping carrier and country of origin. Once your return has arrived, processing can take approximately 2 – 14 business days.
